The minimum stay is 2 nights or 4 nights during the Christmas holidays. The rate for one night is €170. The weekly rate varies depending on the period: €1,190 from 28 September 2025 to 3 May 2026, and €895 from 4 May 2026 to 27 September 2026.
In addition to these prices, there is an €80 cleaning fee per stay, €15 per person for sheets and towels, 4.5% IGI tax, and a tourist tax of €2.09 per person per night (capped at 7 nights, excluding minors under 16 years of age).
